Key Public Health Initiatives

• T-Consult: Launched in April 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown, this free telemedicine platform connected rural patients with doctors through phone and video consultations. Initially rolled out in 39 villages of Makthal mandal, it engaged 62 volunteer doctors and completed over 780 consultations within the first ten days.
• AYUSH Integration: As Director of AYUSH, Harichandana promoted traditional healthcare systems and included AYUSH doctors in programs like T-Consult. This initiative aimed to expand holistic healthcare outreach in rural and underserved regions.
