Assuring Continuum of Care

The integrated triaging process via teleconsultations enabled identifying disease severity for streamlined referrals. Dire cases got mapped to ambulances and finance coverage under government schemes facilitating hospitalization – plugging gaps that lead to patient drop-offs.

Grassroots Training Networks

To drive adoption, Hari Chandana initiated vast training drives for frontline health workers in villages around telemedicine protocols and equipment usage like blood pressure monitors. Local involvement ensured community ownership spurring enrollment.
