Nalgonda district collector Hari Chandana on Tuesday called on municipal officials to focus on people’s needs while implementing development works.

The collector held a review meeting with municipal commissioners, municipal engineering officials, and public health engineering officials at the collectorate conference hall. The meeting discussed the progress of ongoing development works, works to be started, proposed works, budget, and other related matters.

 The collector asked the officials to speed up the progress of pending development works. He also stressed the need to focus on providing basic amenities to the people, such as vegetable and non-vegetarian markets, Vaikunthamdhamas, dhobi ghats, LED lights, road dividing, junctions, sanitation collection vehicles, Mission Bhageeratha, RCC roads, and drainage works.

The collector said that the government is committed to providing quality infrastructure and amenities to the people. He urged the officials to work with dedication and commitment to achieve the goals.
