Aarunya, one of Hari Chandana’s flagship initiatives, has empowered countless marginalized women by equipping them to own and manage their enterprise and directly market their products online. The training and e-commerce market access helped rural women reach wider metro consumers, fostering financial independence.

Now, this transformational initiative could replicate its magic in Nalgonda district where a vast segment of women’s potential remains untapped. This innovative model can provide the right skilling and digital access to the talented Nalgonda women artisans to make them future-ready women-led entrepreneurs.
